Our $750 Discovery & Consultation is the first step in our process and allows us to spend meaningful time understanding your project before recommending a design approach.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
- Discovery Call: a 30-minute conversation to discuss your goals, vision, priorities, and overall project scope.
- In-Person Site Consultation: a 1.5-hour site visit to assess the existing home, property, and opportunities for the project.
- Project Assessment: we’ll review available plans or existing conditions and begin identifying the architectural and design considerations that will shape the project.
- Project Proposal: following the consultation, we’ll outline the recommended scope of services, anticipated total design investment, and next steps based on your project.
