This once unfinished basement was reimagined as a serene retreat designed for effortless entertaining, quiet moments, and everything in between. The layout flows with purpose, connecting a sculptural wet bar, relaxed lounge, and intimate dining nook, while a tucked-away playroom adds a layer of playful charm. Warm white oak, soft quartz, and blackened steel shape a palette that feels grounded yet elevated.

At the center, an arched stone backsplash framed in slender steel brings quiet drama and balance to the space. Every detail was chosen to feel intentional, calm, and enduring. Belle Vita Campagna isn’t just a lower level it’s a refined extension of home, where comfort meets craftsmanship in the most timeless way.
